Customer Information

Quality and Craftsmanship
All items are hand made individual pieces and will vary slightly, even within the same design.  Each piece of stone is different and as a natural material has variations in colour.

Postage and Packing
If purchasing through the shop, delivery charges are added at the time of paying.  Parcels are posted standard delivery within two working days of the order.  Items which have to be made specially will take longer than this.

Returns
You may return your goods in resaleable condition within 14 days and we will provide an exchange or refund the cost of the item.

Resaleable condition means that any product must be undamaged and un-used.

Please obtain proof of posting (free from your Post Office) when returning goods as we cannot provide a refund or exchange if we do not receive the original goods back. Unfortunately we do not offer a free returns service.

Faulty items
If you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us immediately for instructions.

Exceptions
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of bespoke products that have been made to order.

Statutory rights
This guarantee does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

We hope you are delighted with your goods. So please examine your order when it arrives and let us know if there any problems or discrepancies. Every product supplied will have passed our high quality standards, but if you have any problem please contact us.

When you place an order your details will be added to the mailing list.  You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the email.

Your Security
Jennifer Tetlow Stone Sculpture does not store credit card information or sell customer details. All transactions are facilitated through Paypal secure online payment system.
